This appeal is from the affirmance of the rejection of claims 1, 5, 7, 9 and 13 of appellant's patent application Ser. No. 581,356, filed April 30, 1956, for chemical compounds of the class N,N'Bis (di-lower-alkylamino-lower-alkyl) dicarboxylic acid amides. Certain claims have been allowed.
