Liberty Township of Stoddard County obtained a judgment enjoining defendants from interfering with the public use of a road and requiring them to remove obstructions therefrom. Defendants' appeal to the Springfield Court of Appeals was transferred here because this court has exclusive appellate jurisdiction for the reason that plaintiff was a political subdivision of the state.
