PER CURIAM.

On May 25, 1960, McLester was indicted in the District of Kansas for illegally receiving and concealing a narcotic drug, knowing the same to have been illegally imported, in violation of 21 U.S.C.A. § 174. McLester and a companion were abroad in the early hours of the morning during a severe snowstorm in a neighborhood where the streets were normally deserted at such an hour, and they aroused the suspicion of state officers who stopped to question...
