The Brown Investment Company, Inc., brought this action to recover $2,750.00, which it claimed was due as a commission for selling a house and lot in Cashion's Wildwood Addition of Oklahoma City which was owned by the defendants. Mrs. Mamie E. Brown was the broker who was the Vice-President of the Brown Investment Company.
