These two separate actions, consolidated for trial, were commenced against Norman Erbe individually and as Attorney General of the State of Iowa, and other named defendants who constituted the "Attorney General's Advisory Committee" alleged to have been appointed by the Attorney General to advise and assist him in his campaign against objectionable publications. The complaints sought both temporary and permanent injunction against defendants-appellees...
