The parties stipulated the weekly wages to be $110.00, and the jury in its verdict found substantially that the claimant sustained injury in the course of his employment with the Sumner Sollitt Company as a result of an accident; that the accident resulted in incapacity to work, and that the incapacity was total, and that it began on December 4, 1957, and that such total incapacity would continue for 208 weeks from December...
