Plaintiffs grounded their action upon a knowingly fraudulent misrepresentation of the germination rate of certain cotton seed which was sold by defendant to them. The jury, in its verdict, found substantially that defendant represented to the plaintiffs that the seed had a germination rate of 80%, and that the plaintiffs relied on such representation; that such representation induced the plaintiffs to purchase...
