Plaintiff has moved for summary judgment decreeing a mandatory injunction and an award of damages in an action instituted under Section 8a(6) of the Agricultural Marketing Act. The suit was brought to compel the defendants to comply with the provisions of Milk Order No. 137, as amended (7 C.F.R., Part 1137; formerly designated as Order No. 1, 7 C.F.R., Part 901).
