In this case plaintiff filed a petition in the nature of writ of error coram nobis in which he sought to set aside a judgment and decree entered on April 6, 1960, in which defendant (plaintiff therein) was granted a divorce from him and also obtained a judgment for $18,000 alimony in gross and a support allowance for a minor child.
