Appellant alleges in his complaint that on January 21, 1957 he suffered injuries by accident arising out of and in the course of his employment and that he is entitled to recover all benefits provided by the Nevada Industrial Insurance Act. He further alleges that he was a salesman on said day and his employment as such could be carried on either at the place of his employer's business or elsewhere on any day of the week including Sundays.
