At a hearing to determine whether a husband is in contempt for failure to pay support money for his children pursuant to order of court contained in the decree of divorce, may the trial court, without formal action in that behalf by the husband and over the objection of the wife, enter an order reducing the payments to be made? A negative answer to this question would necessitate a reversal of the order of the trial court for decreased payments entered...
