This is the third appeal involving some phase of the Ward Millard Black estate. The first two cases involved the validity of a purported will of the decedent.1 In the first case, we reversed and remanded for additional proof, and in the second case, we held that the purported will was a forgery, and reversed the findings of the trial court.
