On the night of April 2, 1960, the appellant, Elizabeth Garver, was in the City of Hot Springs. At that time she met socially the appellant, Harry A. Curtis, and at approximately 10 o'clock on the morning of April 3rd, she loaned to Harry A. Curtis her Buick automobile. It appears to have been the understanding at that time that appellant, Curtis, was to return Mrs. Garver's automobile later that afternoon at which time the appellants planned to...
