The parties to the above case, having conceded that the vehicle in question was used on numerous dates and at various times between September 1, 1959, and August 15, 1960, by Bobby Lee Moore of Fulton County, Georgia, in violation of the Internal Revenue laws, have admitted that the vehicle is guilty as charged in the libel.
