Appellant issued its policy of fire insurance to appellee, insuring a dwelling house located near Hot Springs in the sum of $4,000.00 and insuring the personal property in the house for the sum of $2,000.00. Subsequently the house and contents were totally destroyed by fire. Appellee made her proof of loss, but the insurance company refused to pay the claim.
