This is a statutory petition for the reversal of an order of the respondent board brought pursuant to the provisions of G.L. 1956, § 39-5-14. While the petition was pending in this court the motion of Blackstone Valley Gas and Electric Company, hereinafter referred to as Valley, for leave to intervene was granted and thereafter the intervenors moved to dismiss the instant petition.
