BROADDUS, Judge.
This is an action for damages for personal injuries. Plaintiff recovered a verdict in the sum of $10,000 and defendant has appealed.
Inasmuch as defendant does not contend that plaintiff did not make a submissible case there is no need to set forth the evidence in detail.
