This is a workmen's compensation case. The original claim in this case was filed by an attorney from New Mexico. The same attorney filed a case in the State of New Mexico and at the same time wrote the Texas Industrial Accident Board informing and advising the Board that Mr. Thompson, appellant here, did not wish to have the Board hear or adjudicate his claim. The case filed in New Mexico was dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. A hearing was had...
