Appellants, David Kasinger, age 18, Dale Kasinger, age 19, and Ray Kasinger, age 18, were charged by Information with the crimes of burglary and grand larceny. The cases were consolidated for trial. On trial, appellants were acquitted on the charge of grand larceny, but were found guilty of burglary, and punishment fixed at confinement in the Arkansas State Penitentiary for a period of two years; the jury recommended, however, a suspended sentence...
