Appellant, as president of a corporation operating a restaurant with a stage show consisting of three female impersonators, was charged with giving or participating on three separate occasions, in public exhibitions containing "obscene, indecent, or lascivious language, postures, or suggestions, or otherwise offending public decency" in violation of Sec. 22-2001, Code 1961. Trial by jury resulted in appellant's convictions on these three counts...
