MOORE, Justice.

The Colorado National Bank, hereinafter referred to as the executor, filed a petition for construction of certain provisions of the will of Stella G. Chambers, deceased. Plaintiffs in error, to whom we will refer as "the cousins", were beneficiaries named by said deceased in paragraph III of her will which reads as follows:

"I give and bequeath one hundred and eight (108) shares of the corporate stock...
