Bellanca Corporation, 7 Cir., 288 F.2d 784, we affirmed an August 30, 1960, judgment order of the District Court granting judgment in favor of counter-claimant, Bellanca Corporation and against counter-defendant, Bankers Life and Casualty Company, in the sum of $1,250,000.00 plus costs and interest at the rate of 5% per annum since August...
