This appeal tests the conviction of Robert Huff and William Nicholson for violation of the Wire Fraud Statute, 18 U.S.C.A. § 1343, and conspiring to do so under 18 U.S.C.A. § 371. Defense counsel in ten Specifications of Error has put into question every step of the proceedings leading up to the judgment of conviction — from the indictment to the charge to the jury.
