This is an appeal from a conviction for possession of intoxicating liquor in dry territory for purposes of sale.

On February 9, 1962, appellant Paul Burke, while riding as a passenger in an automobile driven by one Gerald Oglesby in Sevier County, was arrested by officers attached to the Weights and Standards Division of the Department of Revenues.
