This suit was brought by William Louis Page and Mary Page Childress, joined by her husband, Robert B. Childress, against J. C. Shockey and J. W. Rice as original makers of an installment deed of trust note and against Hollis B. Moore and wife whom plaintiffs alleged had assumed said indebtedness. Plaintiffs sought judgment for the deficiency claimed to be due after a sale under the deed...
