Plaintiff brought this suit on March 3, 1960, under the wrongful death act,* as administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, Wencil E. Kratochvil, hereinafter called decedent. The case was tried by the court without a jury. From judgment of no cause for action and denial of her motion for new trial, plaintiff appeals.
