This cause was instituted on February 28, 1961, by Henry F. Stolfi, appellant, against his wife, Maxine M. Stolfi, for a divorce a mensa et thoro on the ground of wilful desertion. The wife filed an answer denying the desertion, and a cross-bill charging cruelty on the part of her husband and praying that a divorce a mensa et thoro be granted her.
