This is an appeal by Phillips Chemical Company from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict awarding Hulbert $55,000 damages on the theory that Phillips maliciously interfered with Hulbert's business relations. The primary contentions of the appellant are that the action was barred by limitations and that the jury's verdict is not supported by the evidence of record.
