Thomas Altemus filed this action against Pennsylvania Railroad (hereinafter "Railroad") and Gulf Oil Corporation (hereinafter "Gulf") to recover for personal injuries sustained when he fell from a ladder while working for the Railroad in Wilmington, Delaware.
