Appellant, Elsie Mae Laspy, sought to have a warranty deed set aside on the ground that it was obtained by the fraud and misrepresentation of one Carl Anderson, defendant's father. By the deed, dated May 11, 1955, she purportedly conveyed to respondent-defendant Jack L. Anderson certain real estate in Independence.
