This appeal is from the decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals affirming the rejection of method claim 9 and apparatus claim 10 in application Ser. No. 359,547, filed June 4, 1953, for "Manufacture of Flat Glass in Continuous Ribbon Form." Method claims 3, 7 and 11 and apparatus claim 12 stand allowed.
