Johnnie Compton, plaintiff below, was a front-seat passenger in an automobile which collided with defendants' oncoming truck. He claimed $201,150 as damages for alleged personal injuries. The jury returned a defendants' verdict and the trial court granted plaintiff a new trial for the stated reason that it erred in giving instruction 13.
