The offense is felony theft; the punishment, enhanced under Article 63, Vernon's Ann.P.C., life.

The indictment alleged the theft of one hundred cedar posts of the value of over $50.00 and, for enhancement of punishment, alleged two prior convictions for burglary.

The prior convictions alleged were proved and admitted.
