This is a petition brought by a husband to modify the terms of a final decree of divorce entered on November 20, 1959, which required him to make a specified weekly payment for the support of the minor child of the parties. A justice of the superior court heard and granted the petition and as of July 5, 1961 entered a decree providing for a reduction in the amount of the payment for the support of the child.
