Spink and his wife to recover damages from Malvin Mourton, an insurance agent at Mena, because of Mourton's allegedly negligent failure to obtain a personal property floater policy for the Spinks. The jury returned a verdict for Mourton. The Spinks then moved unsuccessfully for a judgment notwithstanding the verdict.
