The above-entitled cause heretofore tried, argued and submitted is now decided as follows:

Upon the grounds stated in the "Comment" to follow judgment will be for the plaintiff as prayed for in the Complaint, the Court being of the view that plaintiff's copyright and trademark "PLEDGE" is valid and infringed and that plaintiff is entitled to injunctive relief and damages for copyright...
