This is a petition to review a decision and order of the referee in bankruptcy which, in substance, denied the right of conditional vendors to reclaim machinery in the possession of the trustee which had been sold to the bankrupt under two conditional sales contracts. On July 29, 1960 the referee rendered a decision holding that the conditional sales contracts under which the machinery had been sold to the bankrupt were void...
