This is a wrongful death action for $25,000, brought by the widow of James Corder, deceased, against the representatives of the estates of Robert Pruitt and Harold Perry, deceased. Corder, Pruitt and Perry, all occupants of a Cadillac automobile, were killed when the Cadillac was demolished in a collision with a Ford automobile. A jury returned a verdict for both defendants.
