McFADDIN, Justice.
The information on which the appellant was tried and convicted charged that the appellant "on the 22 day of April, 1961, did unlawfully and feloniously and knowingly have in his possession 155 pounds, more or less, of beef of more than $35.00 in value, knowing same to have been stolen, and possess same with the intent to deprive the true owner thereof against the peace and dignity of the State of Arkansas.
