Robbins and Richard W. Robbins to recover double damages and forfeitures pursuant to 31 U.S.C.A. § 231. The complaint was filed February 28, 1959. The defendants, E. C. and R. W. Robbins were general partners in the Robbins Ranch with ranching operations...
