PER CURIAM.

Defendant was indicted, tried before court and jury and convicted of the crime of escape from the penitentiary at Fort Madison, in violation of sections 745.1 and 745.3, Code 1958, I.C.A. He was sentenced to the penitentiary for an indeterminate term not to exceed five years and to pay the costs of the action. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no reversible error. Hence the judgment is
