In this action to quiet title Norman Wexler, an incompetent, is the only contesting defendant. He was formerly married to the plaintiff, Bessie Wexler, and this action is a sequel to protracted divorce proceedings involving the same parties and the same property. O. E. Beardsley, Guardian Ad Litem for defendant, appeals from the judgment quieting title in plaintiff.
