Judgment upon jury verdict was in favor of plaintiff son for general damages and of plaintiff father for medical and hospital expenses of the son. Defendants are Eric Hitchcock, who drove the car which struck young Lovett, and Eric's father. Defendants appeal. In this opinion, reference to plaintiff or defendant in the singular will be to the minor party only.
