This is a workmen's compensation suit brought by Otis L. Litton, and arises out of an employment accident which occurred November 13, 1959. Made defendant is London Guaranty and Accident Company, the compensation insurer of Allen Bros. Construction Company. From a judgment awarding compensation of $35 per week, not to exceed four hundred weeks, and medical expenses in the sum of $826, but rejecting plaintiff's demands for statutory penalties and attorney...
