Orin T. Watson recovered judgment upon a verdict for $59,500 for a back injury sustained while employed by defendant, Missouri Pacific Railroad Company, and the Railroad has appealed. The defendant Railroad admitted fault but denied that the back injury was caused by the accident in question.
