DEVINE, J.

In this action for divorce, the husband, as plaintiff, was awarded an interlocutory decree on the ground of extreme cruelty, and the wife was denied a decree on her cross-complaint, which also was stated on the ground of cruelty. The court found that both parties were fit persons to have custody of the child, and gave physical custody to the mother, with ample visitation rights to the father, and neither party complains about this part of the decree.
