PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff in error, who will be referred to as defendant, was charged by information with the crime of larceny, specifically, with the theft of a pump and engine, the property of "The Continental Oil Company, a corporation". Trial resulted in a verdict of guilty and the value of the stolen property fixed by the jury as $275.
