Dean Norfolk, the appellant herein, was convicted on November 12, 1959, of reckless driving in violation of § 31-125, W.S. 1957, which reads as follows: "Any person who drives any vehicle in willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving."
