The first cause of action was in claim and delivery for possession of printing machinery (two typesetting machines and other equipment) which plaintiff's predecessor or assignor (Intertype Corporation) had sold to Elayne H. Moxley under a conditional sales contract.

The second cause of action was for the purpose of quieting plaintiff's title to said machinery.
