Proof was offered by the State that, on the date alleged, Liquor Board Agent Otis Harrison and Deputy Sheriff John Halbert, after having secured a search warrant, went to appellant's cafe in the City of San Augustine to search for intoxicating liquors. In the search a quantity of beer was found.
